1. About these terms

These terms apply when you visit this website, place an order or use our services. By ordering or paying, you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Scope of Work. If you order for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it. We are Sai Maruti Ventures (SMV), a sole proprietorship (proprietor: Tulja Shrestha), Zoo Rd, Guwahati, Assam 781024, India

2. Our services

SMV builds and runs business automation software and services, described on our Products page. Descriptions show typical features. The exact scope of your setup is set out on our Scope of Work page or agreed with you in writing (email or WhatsApp).

3. Prices and taxes

• Prices are shown on the Pricing page in Indian rupees (India) or US dollars (International, including the UAE).
• Each order has a one-time setup fee plus a subscription for the term you choose: monthly; 6 months (you pay for 5 months and get 1 month free); or annual (you pay for 10 months and get 2 months free).
• Discount codes are optional promotions. We may change or withdraw them at any time.
• SMV is currently not registered under GST, so no GST is charged. You are responsible for any taxes, withholding or bank and payment-provider fees that apply in your country. If tax ever applies to our invoices, we will tell you before your next payment.

4. Payment

You can pay through Razorpay, PayPal or Payoneer. Payments are handled by those providers under their own terms, and we do not store your card details. Your order is confirmed when the provider confirms your payment to us. For Payoneer, we confirm manually once the money is received, and then email your receipt. If a payment fails, no order is created.

5. Setup and delivery

After your order is confirmed, we contact you to begin setup. Timelines are estimates. You agree to give us the information, access and approvals we reasonably need, and delays caused by missing information are not our delay. The 15-day guarantee period is counted as described in the Refund Policy.

6. Term, renewal and cancellation

Your payment covers the term you chose. We do not charge your card or account automatically for renewals. Before your term ends we will contact you to renew, and if it is not renewed the service may be paused when the paid term ends. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@saimarutiventures.com. The service continues to the end of the term you paid for. Refunds are given only as set out in the Refund Policy.

7. Refunds

Our 15-day guarantee and what is and is not refunded are explained in the Refund Policy. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.

8. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

• Give us accurate information.
• Use the services lawfully. You are responsible for the lists, content and messages you use with our tools. You must have the right, and any consent needed, to contact people, and you must follow anti-spam, telecom (including TRAI and Do-Not-Disturb rules), privacy and consumer laws, and the rules of platforms such as Google, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
• Do not use the services for anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive.

We may pause or stop a service if it is used unlawfully or puts our systems, accounts or reputation at risk.

9. Third-party platforms and results

Our services depend on third-party platforms such as email providers, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and phone networks. We do not control them. They may change their limits, go down or restrict an account, and we are not responsible for that. We design our tools around safe sending limits, but we cannot guarantee replies, leads or sales.

10. Intellectual property

SMV owns its software, workflows and templates. During your paid term you may use them for your own business. You keep ownership of your own data, lists and content.

11. Your data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you give us other people's data to process for you, you confirm you have the right to do so.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep services reliable but do not promise they will never be interrupted. We may improve, change or maintain features from time to time.

13. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, SMV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Ending the agreement

Either of us may end the agreement in line with section 6. We may suspend or end a service for non-payment or serious breach of these terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we have a disagreement, please first write to support@saimarutiventures.com so we can try to fix it. If we cannot, the courts at Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction.
