Tell us and we'll refund it
If in those 15 days you decide it isn't for you, tell us and we refund your monthly retainer in full. No forms, no negotiation.
One-time setup fee
The one-time setup fee covers the actual work of building and connecting your system, so it sits outside the guarantee. It's the one thing we keep either way.

Your chosen plan continues
Once your guarantee period ends, billing continues on the plan you chose (monthly, semi-annual or annual), and you can cancel any time going forward. You won't be refunded for time already used.
