1. Who we are

This website is run by Sai Maruti Ventures (SMV), a sole proprietorship (proprietor: Tulja Shrestha) registered in India under Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-AS-03-0091352. Our address is Zoo Rd, Guwahati, Assam 781024, India WhatsApp only: +91 90882 22276. Email: support@saimarutiventures.com. In this policy, "we", "us" and "SMV" mean Sai Maruti Ventures. We decide how your personal data is used, which makes us the "data fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. What information we collect

• Details you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, website, and what you want to automate, how it is done today, the expected volume and your timeline (when you use the Request Automation form or contact us).
• Order details: the product and plan you choose, any discount code, the amounts, your region, and the payment reference and status sent back by the payment provider.
• Messages: whatever you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Basic technical data: our website host may log your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running.

What we never collect: we do not see or store your card number, CVV, net-banking login, UPI PIN or PayPal or Payoneer password. You enter those only on the payment provider's own secure page.

3. Why we use your information

• to process your order and payment, and to send your receipt and invoice;
• to set up and run the service you bought;
• to reply to your enquiries and give support;
• to keep accounting and tax records and meet our legal duties;
• to prevent fraud and misuse.

We use your data only for these purposes. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Our basis for using it

We use your data with your consent (for example when you submit a form or place an order), where it is needed to give you what you ordered, and where the law allows or requires it (for example tax records). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run SMV, and only as much as they need:

• Payment providers: Razorpay, PayPal and Payoneer;
• Google, for email (Gmail / Google Workspace) and for backup copies on Google Drive;
• WhatsApp (Meta), when we message you or you message us;
• Vercel, which hosts this website;
• our own server and automation software (n8n), hosted with our server provider, which records orders and sends receipts and alerts;
• our accountant or advisers, and government or legal authorities when the law requires it.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers. The payment providers' pages and checkout window may set their own cookies for security and fraud prevention, and those are covered by their own policies.

7. Where your data is processed

Some of the providers above process data outside India, including in the United States. By using our website and services you understand that your information may be transferred there.

8. How long we keep it

• Payment and invoice records: for as long as accounting and tax law require (generally up to 8 years).
• Unfinished orders (for example a PayPal checkout you started but did not complete): deleted within 7 days.
• Automation logs that contain order details: logs of successful runs are not stored, and logs of failed runs are deleted within 7 days.
• Enquiries and messages: kept while we are dealing with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted on request unless the law requires us to keep them.
• System backups: kept for up to 30 days.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to: tell you what personal data we hold and why; correct or complete it; erase it; and stop using it by withdrawing your consent. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to. If you are in the UAE, the EU or another country with its own data-protection law, we will also honour the rights that law gives you.

To make a request, email support@saimarutiventures.com. We aim to reply within 30 days. We may have to keep some records, such as invoices, even after you ask us to erase your data, because the law requires it.

10. Security

Our website and payment pages use HTTPS. Card and bank details are handled only by the payment providers. Access to our systems is limited to people who need it, and our retention limits keep unneeded data from piling up. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
